To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please familiarize yourself with the following policies before booking an appointment. 💈 1. Appointment Booking: ⭐️- Book appointments online through our booking platform. ⭐️- Make sure to include any add-ons before finalizing your appointment such as : • coloring, • creative styling, • pin curling, • Washing ( failure to add wash will result to you not getting your hair washed) 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐄𝐃 ⭐️BUY A WIG OR BUNDLES : - please add the following bundles or wigs of your choice alongside the service you’d like to use the bundles or wig for. - all wigs come with the install for FREE - we have raw hair bundle + sewin packages - if you’d like to purchase different lengths you must book the service you want as a add on however you save $50 of your balance ⭐️ - Deposits are required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to your final service cost. (not refundable unless I cancel on you ) 💈 2. Wig Drop-Off policy : Monday : 1-5 Tuesday : 12-5 Wednesday :( closed drop off Tuesday or Thursday ) Thursday :12-5 Friday :12-5 Saturday :12-5 Sunday : ( closed drop off Saturday or Monday ) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ONLY DROP YOUR WIG OFF IF YOU DID NOT BOOK A WASH . If you didn’t book a wash service you must drop your wig off 2 days before your appointment ( important) . If you did book a wash service bring your wig in the same day free of charge . DROPPING OFF ⭐️ - PLEASE INCLUDE: name + appointment date + time + ⭐️ - you will be charged a fee if brought in the same day without a wash booked ( $20) ⭐️ - 💈3. Late Policy: ➪ 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞 ⭐️ - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a late fee of $15 will be added to your final service cost. ⭐️ - We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late, as this may impact other clients' appointments. Cancellation Policy: ⭐️ - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance . You will be allowed to reschedule online for the same month using the same deposit. ⭐️ - Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made by you 💈 5. No-Show Policy: ⭐️ - Not showing up to your appointment without prior notice will result in a ban from booking future appointments with Luxury Hair Cartel. Your Card Will not be charged but you will be banned to book again. ⭐️- We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment for any reason. 💈 6. Service Satisfaction: Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns. You have 3 days to report any issues with your install PROM BOOKING RULES – MUST READ 1. NO SAME-DAY PROM BOOKINGS You must book at least 1–2 days before your prom to avoid time constraints and ensure proper styling. 2. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED & NON-REFUNDABLE Your spot isn’t locked in without a deposit. Balance due in cash only no zelle no cashapp CASH ❤️🙏 3. COME PREPARED (OR PAY EXTRA) • Leave-out services with hair included only can get a wash. Every prom service you must come washed and blown . • For all other installs, hair must be washed, detangled, and blow-dried straight or add on a $25 wash. • Failure to follow prep rules may lead to rescheduling or a late fee. 4. NO EXTRA GUESTS Please come alone — this helps keep a peaceful environment and ensures we stay on time. 5. BE ON TIME Grace period is 10 minutes. After that, you’ll be marked late and may lose your appointment. 6. STYLE CHANGES MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE APPOINTMENT No last-minute changes (e.g. from middle to side part or closure to frontal). Confirm in advance. 7. HAIR INCLUDED PACKAGES ARE FINAL Bundles and closures provided cannot be swapped out. All are pre-selected to match your booked length. Cancellation Policy
No show no call will result in a 15% fee of the remaining balance
